JAMMU, Dec 26: Vice Chairman JAKFED Munish Sharma today carried out a surprise inspection at its Doda office in order to check the overall functioning of the office.
During the inspections, Vice Chairman interacted with officers and officials of the (Field Staff) and sought their progress reports in line of the recent action taken by the Vice Chairman to fixed their monthly target.
Field employees appraised their performance and highlighted their significant achievement.
In order to have strict eye on the field employee Vice Chairman asked the officers to monitor the field staff employees on daily basis and submit their daily progress report to head office.
Sharma expressed displeasure over the work done by the field staff in recovering amount generated so far and directed them to gearup their efforts for recovery the outstanding amount from various departments in their respective blocks and district.
To enhance the recovery process, Vice Chairman directed the field employees to put in their best strenuous efforts and go for aggressive recovery to bring back the past glory of JAKFED to its original form of conducting business. Any employee who fails to achieve their target strict action will be taken against him.
To expand the fuel retailing business after meeting the executives of Indian Oil Executives Vice Chairman has already proposed the opening of around 10 new petrol pumps across the various locations of J&K State.
In this regard, Vice Chairman also visited the identified land site near Pul Doda-Bhaderwah road and finalised the land proposed.
Vice Chairman directed the officials to speed up their necessary measures.
Vice Chairman also stressed on the need to popularize the promotion of various local crops and asked the field staff employees to make a report of local made crop productions so that farmers who produce quality crop would get rewarded.
Besides this Vice Chairman also interacted with the delegation of Doda district and listened their grievances. Sharma assured the people that all problems of the people would be redressed at the earliest.
