Vice President IPSSC meets Director MSME

JAMMU, Aug 29: Vice president, Indian Plumbing Sector Skill Council (IPSSC) Harpreet Singh visited Jammu to boost the morale of the unemployed educated and school dropout youths, who are not having any skill and are unemployed.
He met Director MSME Varinder Sharma and discussed the need of skill and up skill the youth of the State in plumbing sector. He also discussed the need to motivate youths to look for options available for having economic self reliance in the fast changing scenario of the market.
Harpreet Singh said that in the global society, the job market is getting shrunk and as such the youths, rather than to keep waiting for the Government jobs, should pave their own ways by adopting skill development courses.
Director MSME Varinder Sharma assured full support for conducting the training programme in plumbing sector.
KK Goyal, Asstt Director MSME (IMT) also assured full support to the plumbing sector for skill development. He informed that a number of youth are already trained by the MSME in plumbing sector.
Director GKITR, training partner plumbing sector, Gourav Khajuria was also present in the meeting and presented vote of thanks.
