JAMMU, June 24: A video album of devotional song, tiled “Khatu Shyam Lakhdataar” was released at Press Club Jammu today
Mahant Rajesh Bittu, Chairman of Religious Tourism And Heritage Cultural Trust along with Sahil Mahajan, Co-Convenor of BJP Sanskriti Art Culture Cell, Mahant Mohan Bharti, General Secretary of Sant Samaj Nayas and Shastri Varinder Savariya released the video album.
The programme was organized by Maa Bawe Wali Records (MD) Sahil Mahajan. The song “Khatu Shyam Lakhdataar” has been sung by singer Abhishek Abhi, and Music is composed by Sonu Bhagat. The video has been prepared by Rajesh and lyrics by Abhishek Abhi under Muskaan Rajput.
The Album has been released on YouTube, T-Series Channel” simultaneously.
Mahant Rajesh Bittu, while speaking on the occasion, lauded the young talent of Jammu & Kashmir in bringing out melodious devotional albums. He said that “Khatu Shyam” is revered by one and all in the whole region. He praised the entire production team, especially the singers and Sahil Mahajan for their efforts in making the release of the album. He also said that new opportunities are being opened up everywhere today for the innovative mind setup.
Mahant Rajesh Bittu also appealed to the Department of Tourism to release the tour of Khatu Shyam at Kameshwar temple in Akhnoor, whose body is buried there. This should be combined with religious tourism so that devotees can come here and visit Khatu Shyam, he added.
Sahil Mahajan appreciated the BJP Sanskriti Art & Culture Cell, J&K for encouraging the young talent. He said that we as a societal family must endeavour to support and nurture young talent which will bring laurels to the whole Jammu & Kashmir.
