JAMMU, Mar 20: Vidushi Abrol, Research Scholar, Department of Biotechnology, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU) bagged 1st prize in Oral Presentation for her paper in the national conference, held at Jammu University.
The paper, titled “Improvement of Tolypocladium inflatum Through Chemical Mutagenesis for the High Yield of Cyclosporine”, was presented at National Conference on Fungal Biology: Recent Trends and Future Prospects & 44th Annual Meeting of The Mycological Society of India.
Vidushi Abrol has been pursuing her PhD under the joint supervision of Dr Sundeep Jaglan, Scientist, CSIR-IIIM, Jammu, and Dr Sharada M Potukuchi, Associate Professor, Dept of Biotechnology (SMVDU).
