JAMMU, Apr 5: The State Government today ordered placement of Vidya Sagar, presently posted as Senior Scale Stenographer in the office of Registrar Cooperative, as Private Secretary under stop gap arrangement and consequent upon this promotion, shuffled three Pvt Secretaries with immediate effect.
Vidya Sagar, on his promotion, has been posted as Private Secretary to the Vigilance Commissioner, J&K.
Vijay Kumar Koul, Pvt with Administrative Secretary Labour and Employment Department, under orders of transfer as Pvt Secretary to Vigilance Commissioner, has been posted as Pvt Secretary to the Secretary Higher Education vice Sham Lal Abrol, who has been transferred and asked to await further orders of adjustment in GAD.
