Vigilance produces challan in fake certificate issuance case

JAMMU, Oct 21: Vigilance Organization Jammu today presented charge sheet against the Government teacher and six  others in fake certificate issuance case for getting appointed in  Police Department.
The charge sheet in case FIR number  58/1999 P/S Vigilance Organization Jammu was presented before the court of  Special Judge, Anti-Corruption Jammu against Shah Mohd,  then Teacher GHS Mangota, Himat Singh,  Ramesh Singh,  Nabi Bakash,  Javed Iqbal,    Abdul Qayoom and  Irshad Ahmad (all resident of  Mangota Doda).
The  case was registered on the allegations that during the special recruitment drive in Police Department in Marmat area of district Doda on October 26, 1998, the candidates namely Rasal Singh, Himat Singh, Ramesh Kumar and Nabi Baksh have neither studied in any school nor have passed middle class examination and their certificates had  forged signatures.
After the completion of investigation, the Vigilance Organization produced charge sheet (challan) before the Court of Special Judge Anti Corruption, Jammu against the accused persons.
