KATHUA, Sept 26: Eminent Dogri humorous poet Vijay Sharma’s poetry book, “Heekhiyan,” was released by Triveni Kala Kunj here today.
As per a statement, this was the 14th book of Vijay Sharma, who has been already awarded with the National Award for Children’s literature by Sahitya Akademi New Delhi in the year 2019.
The book releasing ceremony was presided over by Dr Usha Monga today and the function in this regard was attended by many litterateurs of Dogri and Hindi including Vijay Sumbadia, President Sabras; Naresh Kumar, President Learning Temple School; Rituraj Sharma, Madan Lal Toofan, Shyam Lal Khajuria, Shashi Sharma, Balak Ram, and others.
Post book release function, Vijay Sharma was honoured by Triveni Kala Kunj.
