JAMMU, Apr 3: A deputation from Vijaypur led by Legislator Rani Bloeria today called on Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah and presented him a memorandum of demands concerning the area.
The deputation requested for upgradation of Vijaypur transformer from present 6.3 MVA capacity to 10 MVA capacity. It also requested for providing 4 panels and 4 feeders to meet the electricity demand of the area.
The Chief Minister said that the transformers are being upgraded as per the load agreement of the areas and he would ask the concerned department to look into the issue for redressal of public grievance.
