SAMBA, Oct 5: Acting on a specific information about gambling, a police party of Police Station Vijaypur headed by Inspector Suraj Pathania, SHO under the close supervision of Abhishek Sharma, SDPO Vijaypur and under overall supervision of Anil Magotra, SSP Samba raided the gambling spot at Thalori Vijaypur and arrested three gamblers and a stake money of Rs. 7120 was recovered from the spot.
The gamblers have been identified as Pattras Masie S/o Bashir Masie R/o W.No. 6 Vijaypur, Nitipal S/o Yousf Masie R/o Khour, Jammu and Patya S/o Dhaneshwar R/o Orissa A/P Vijaypur. The Vijaypur Police has taken cognizance into the matter under Section 13 Gambling Act and investigation started.
