Vikramaditya promises empowerment of youth

JAMMU, Dec 5:  Claiming that PDP  will form new Government in the State, senior party leader  Vikramaditya Singh today  said that due to the people friendly policies and programs and previous performance, more and more people, leaders and youth were  joining the party. He was addressing a public meeting at Kachi Chhawni in Jammu East Assembly Constituency today. On this occasion, a number of youths including girls,  joined PDP and interacted with Vikramaditya Singh who said that PDP was  committed to the overall development of the State and prosperity of the people of all the regions of the J&K.
Describing the youth as backbone of the society, Singh said that they have to play their role in eradicating corruption, mismanagement and discrimination from the society. He said that during its previous tenure, party patron Mufti Mohd Syeed had ensured 90 percent  job opportunities for local youth in the industries sector in the State but unfortunately this practice could not continue. He however assured the youth that after coming to power PDP Government will ensure that local youth are provided maximum jobs in the local industries and factories. In addition to this, he added, Government  will prepare a comprehensive recruitment policy including skill development to empower the youth of all regions of the State.
Vikramaditya Singh claimed that a new era of social, educational and economic development will start during the new tenure of the party and the new Government will ensure that benefits of development reach to the nook and corner of the State without any discrimination.
Mr Singh further said that the party patron Mufti Mohd Syeed and president Mehbooba Mufti have vowed to provide answerable, clean, honest and responsible administration so that their expectations are fulfilled. On the other hand the new Government will have to face various challenges also and with the support and participation of the people these challenges will be effectively dealt, he added.
