JAMMU, Mar 30: The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Jammu & Kashmir organized its 1st Storytelling Workshop, bringing together industry leaders, government officials, and MSME stakeholders to explore the power of narratives in business growth.
The event witnessed insightful discussions on branding, government incentives, and the role of storytelling in shaping positive perceptions.
Saurabh Bhagat, Commissioner/ Secretary , Information Technology, J&K and Vikramjit Singh, Commissioner/ Secretary, Industries & Commerce, J&K were special guests on the occasion along with keynote speaker Kripi Singh, CEO & Chief Storytelling.
The session was skillfully moderated by Minna Dubey, Proprietor, Calico by Silpine ensuring an engaging and interactive experience for all participants from Industry.
Saurabh announced an exciting initiative where a government team will collaborate with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) to highlight valuable subsidies, funding opportunities, and incentives for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in key sectors such as hydro, agriculture, solar, and IT. This partnership aims to empower MSMEs to leverage these schemes, driving business growth and sustainability.
Vikramjeet Singh, delivered a captivating address, highlighting the profound impact of storytelling on business success. He emphasized that differentiation is crucial in today’s competitive landscape, urging MSMEs to craft distinctive narratives that resonate with their customers.
Chairman, CII J&K Dr M A Alim brought the event to a close with his address and hosted the gathering to a special Iftar and Holy Milan, specially organized after the workshop with all participants including the CII members and other invitees.
