JAMMU, Jan 4: A villager was died after he consumed some poisonous staff at his residence in Chenani area of district Udhampur last night.
A police spokesman said that one Sakhi Mohd, son of Nura, resident of Mode village in Chenani was rushed to Chenani hospital by family last night after he consumed some poisonous stuff by mistake. He died in the hospital as his condition deteriorated. After postmortem his body was handed over to the family. The police has taken cognizance of the matter.
