REASI, July 7: The dead body of a villager was recovered from the fields in Arnas area of district Reasi today.
The deceased has been identified as 42-year-old Abdul Ghani, son of Nizam Din, resident of village Kenthi under Arnas police jurisdiction. Some villagers noticed the body lying in the fields under mysterious circumstances and informed police.
The police party from Arnas Thana reached the spot and shifted body for postmortem to local hospital at Arnas. A case has been registered for investigation by police.
