Violation of traffic rules

Sir,
Automobiles plying on the roads have been increasing every year as per the data statistics. This is the overall result of Govt policies like easy financing through bank’s credit plan, availability of various brands of the automobiles at your doorstep, a necessity of automobiles in view of the rapid expansion of the cities/urban areas in India etc but in the same ratio needbased roads network in the cities/urban areas has not been made compatible. Resultantly, frequent jam at every crossroad has become norm of the day. Everyday, we hear about the fatal accidents wherein valuable lives are lost.
Traffic cops deployed on the roads prefer to regulate the VIP movement instead of regulating the traffic for general masses.
To the public, it is  requested to follow the traffic rules promptly and efficiently. Side by side, a request is made to the higher traffic authorities  to have more and more survellience as  well monitoring over the staff deployed for this purpose so that future accidents can be reduced to zero.
Yours etc…
