JAMMU, Jan 28: Tenure of existing Executive Body of Vishwakarma Sabha, Bakshi Nagar Jammu, has been extended by three years.
Decision in this regard was taken during a meeting of the Sabha, held on the completion of three years tenure of the existing Executive Body on January 26.
In the meeting, held at Vishwakarma Sabha, Chairman Lakhpat Rai expressed satisfaction over the splendid work done by the existing body under the leadership of Rakesh Chalotra (President) and Jagdish Kargotra (general secretary) as well as their entire team.
In presence of advisors of the Sabha, Om Parkash, Kuljeet Rai and Rohlu Ram, Chairman Lakhpat Rai announced the decision that the existing body should be given another opportunity for one more tenure of three years in view of performance of the team.
The meet asked Rakesh Chalotra and Jagdish Kargotra to continue as President and General Secretary, respectively till January 26, 2024 along with the entire team, including Rattan Lal as Senior vice-President, Ashok Kumar as cashier, Ramesh Lal as Convenor, Neelam Verma, Vijay Kumar, Ajay Chalotra, Kuljeet Singh, Vinod Jaral, Sanjay Chalotra, Pawan Salgotra, Sanjay Kumar, Pawan Kumar, Naresh Kumar and Tarsem Lal as secretaries.
