JAMMU, Dec 4: In response to the growing demand from the community, Swami Vivekananda Medical Mission Charitable Hospital Ambphalla, Jammu started evening modernized Dental OPD, aimed to offer affordable dental care to the community.
The inauguration ceremony was held today, which was graced by Amar Chand Gupta, senior vice president of the hospital along with other distinguished members of the hospital’s Management Committee, including BS Jamwal- (secretary), Mohan Singh Chouhan- (treasurer), Subash Gupta retired. Principal District & Sessions Judge (Member), Dr Sachin Gupta (Member), Dr. Romesh Gupta (Administrator).
The newly inaugurated Evening Dental OPD is designed to cater to the needs of the patients, who are unable to access healthcare services during regular morning hours. By offering evening consultations, the hospital ensures that high-quality dental care is available at convenient times for everyone. The consultation fee for the OPD has been set at a highly affordable price of Rs 10, making dental services accessible to all sections of society.
The hospital’s Dental services have also undergone a significant upgrade with the introduction of a newly Digitized Dental Section with the latest modernized technology, ensuring accurate diagnostics and efficient treatment for a wide range of dental issues. The modernized section is headed by Dr. Rohin Gupta, who serves as the Incharge of the Dental Department. Dr Akriti Gupta shall take care in the Evening Dental OPD assisted by a team of highly skilled Dental professionals and staff.
