VLCC launches three ravishing make-up looks

Models at the launch of three ravishing make-up looks by VLCC at Jammu on Monday.

JAMMU, Sept 24: VLCC, the leading wellness brand in South Asia and the Middle East, today launched three new make-up looks-Fresh, Glam and Diva. Using the latest airbrush technique, the new make-up looks have been introduced in all 165 centers of VLCC across 109 cities.
The Fresh make-up look gives a very natural and minimalist look. Pure mineralized base is used in sheer colours giving a long lasting natural glow while the Glam make-up look creates the glamour factor with smoky kohl eyes and porcelain finish foundation, the feminine retro make-up has been given a spin with the new Diva make-up look, with heavily-lined eyes, bright red lipstick and a hairstyle with a curvy side fringe and twisty bun on the side.
Elaborating on technique, a VLCC make-up expert, Suyash Singh  said, “Airbrush make-up is make-up sprayed onto the skin using an airbrush instead of it being applied with sponges, brushes, fingers or other methods. Once airbrushed, the make-up lasts for as long as 20 hours. It won’t rub off on anything or disappear into the pores. It’s safe to share the airbrush as it never comes in direct contact with the skin”.
Another expert said that the two main types of airbrush make-up are silicone and water based. The silicone airbrush make-up is used by professional make-up artists, especially on movie sets and for fashion shows or occasions when make-up must look flawless. Water-based airbrush make-up is commonly used by the modern day women, who want to define their beauty and look good for every occasion, he added.
