JAMMU, Mar 23: Vidyamandir Classes (VMC) Jammu successfully organized an orientation session to brief students and parents about the academic session 2025-26. Also joining the session was Arunima Sinha, a renowned counselor and lifestyle consultant, who emphasized the importance of mental well-being, motivation, and goal setting.
Adding to the session’s value, Dr Rajesh Sharma (MD, PhD, HoD Ayurveda College) provided key insights on maintaining a balanced lifestyle for optimal academic performance.
