JAMMU, Dec 16: Governor NN Vohra today resumed his charge at Raj Bhawan here in the winter capital of the State after being operated upon for knee surgery in a Gurgaon hospital and recuperating in Kashmir House, New Delhi for about a month.
Official sources said Mr Vohra flew here from New Delhi this afternoon and drove to Raj Bhawan. He has responded well to the surgery and was fully fit. He would have returned here earlier but had to go for check ups at the hospital prompting him to stay at Kashmir House in New Delhi.
The Governor continued to look official files and other works from Kashmir House while recovering from knee surgery, sources said.
Mr Vohra would start attending to his work here from tomorrow morning, sources said.
