JAMMU, July 4: Vigilance Organization, Jammu today produced challan against Junior Engineer of PMGSY, Billawar, who was caught red handed while demanding and accepting bribe.
Challan in case under FIR No. 20/2014 P/S VOJ, was produced in the court of Additional Sessions Judge, Kathua, against Mohd Younis, Jr Engineer, PMGSY, Billawar, Kathua by Inspr Vikram Sharma of Vigilance Organization, Jammu.
The accused was caught red handed while demanding and accepting bribe of Rs one lakh from complainant Shailender Vaid of Tawi Vihar Colony, Sidhra for preparation of bill amounting to Rs 15 lakh with regard to the executed work of Thar to Ghat Road (Billawar).
It is pertinent to mention here that, Vigilance Organization, Jammu has also produced challan of FIR case No. 14/2009, 10/2014, 27/2014, 13/2011, 09/1986, 18/2007, 17/2014 P/S VOJ in the court so far during the current year.
