Voters Vs Candidates

Sir,
It is almost election time in India throughout the year whether for Parliament, Assembly, Municipalities, Panchayats, or bye elections to any of these.  Candidates try each and every trick to influence the voters at the time of election and take them (voters) for granted as fools with a hope that they will always fool these voters  on each time.  Leaders of the country always try to hide all their qualities like corruption (phenomenal increase of assets of politicians), dynasty rule, nepotism, crime and many more by showering false promises of development, benefits and comforts to voters.
For the last 67 years of democracy voters of the country have shown a great maturity in selecting people to govern but sometimes due to many uncontrolled factors they (voters) do not succeed. Sometimes, it looks like a big failure of democratic system in the country but still with a hope that people (voters) will become smart in times to come and will teach lessons to each and every un-deserving candidate.  Voters will no longer be influenced by the sweet tongue of candidates with bitter hearts and characters.  Let the political activism in youth be stronger in colleges and universities so that new faces of leaders free from the bad characters of present politicians will appear on every horizon of the country and take the country forward. May GOD bless all the voters with wisdom to vote and that too for a better leader?
Yours etc…..
