Wani asks people to defeat designs of divisive forces

DODA, Nov 18: R&B Minister and Congress candidate from Doda, Abdul Majid Wani today appealed the people from his constituency to defeat the nefarious designs of divisive and communal forces in the coming Assembly elections.
Addressing public meetings in remote and far- flung areas of Kacchhua,  Gadhi, Gagual, Chakra, Bijarni, Gadan, Sazan and Beoli today, Mr Wani said asked the people to remain vigilant from the communal and divisive forces which are trying to engineer polarization for vote bank. He exhorted the people to vote for candidate who has clear agenda of peace, development and prosperity of Doda.
At village Gadhi, Ram Singh and Lehar Singh, the two old and staunch BJP workers along with their number of supporters joined Congress party. Welcoming them in Congress party Wani asked people to beware of BJP and National Conference party candidates who had been responsible for delayed development of Doda. These political parties had been responsible for keeping people of Doda in a dark era of communal chaos, poverty and underdevelopment for a pretty long period. The people assured Wani that they will not allow any political party or group to disturb communal harmony and secular culture of Doda.
Wani claimed that he managed to put on a fast track the growth and development of Doda. With a result, today, Doda constituency has very high indices of living with the best civil infrastructural facilities in each and every sphere. Very shortly, people of Doda constituency would witness tourism and industrial sector flourishing in this region at a large scale, for which, already stage has been set up.
