JAMMU, Apr 11: JKPCC general secretary and former Minister, Abdul Majeed Wani today demanded stern action against supporters of rapists and murderers of 8-year-old Asifa Bano.
“The rape and murder of 8-year-old innocent girl Asifa Bano in Kathua district is the most inhuman murder of humanity that has ever taken place in the State of Jammu and Kashmir. It is highly unfortunate and disgusting that some organizations backed by the BJP/RSS have been continuously raising their voices in support of the barbaric rapists and murderers of the innocent little girl”, the JKPCC leader said in a statement issued today.
The former Minister said that the State police must ensure that the guilty are punished severely, as this crime can easily be termed as ‘rarest of the rare’. “Also, stern and strict legal action must be taken against those people who are supporting these inhuman killers”, he added.
