JAMMU, Sept 23: The Department of Home in Jammu and Kashmir has ordered placement of one Incharge Joint Director Prosecution as Incharge Director Prosecution, and two Incharge Deputy Director, Prosecution as Incharge Joint Director, Prosecution in their own pay and grade.
Bashir Ahmed Wani, I/c Joint Director, Prosecution has been promoted and posted as I/c Director Prosecution, Anti Corruption Bureau.
According to a separate order, Incharge Deputy Director Gulshan Ahmad Kaloo and Ichpal Singh have been promoted as I/c Joint Director Prosecution.
Gulshan Ahmad Kaloo has been posted as Joint Director (Prosecution), ZPHQ, Kashmir while Ichpal Singh has been posted as Joint Director (Prosecution), CID (Headquarters), J&K.
