RAJOURI, Oct 2: The police today arrested a wanted criminal from Lam area of Nowshera who was evading arrest for the last eight years.
He has been identified as Mohd Shakeel, son of Gulab Din, resident of Lam in Nowshera whose arrest warrant was issued by the local court of JMIC Nowshera. He was wanted in case FIR No. 62/2010 of Police Station, Nowshera.
Yesterday, on a specific information, police team headed by Incharge Police Post Lam, SI Ajaz Mirza under the supervision of SHO Nowshera, Romal Singh raided a suspected location in Lam village and nabbed the absconder who shall be produced before the court tomorrow.
