KATHUA, Sept 3: The irate residents of Ward No 14 again blocked the road for two hours in the morning and one hour in the evening in the town today in protest against the failure of the authorities to restore the transformer in the area.
The people also protested yesterday and had blocked the road fro two hours in the town in protest against the power failure. The people are facing total black out in the area for last one week due to breakdown of transformer. The authorities had yesterday promised to install the transformer by this morning but after the same was not installed people resorted to protest again today blocking road twice in the day and shouting slogans against PDD and Government.
