JAMMU, Nov 1: Subject Matter Specialist-DL at Project Office, Command Area Development Jammu, Manoj Kumar Pandoh, who got retired after rendering 36 years of his services, was accorded a warm send off in a function organized in the Directorate of CAD Jammu office.
