JAMMU, Oct 31: A warm farewell was accorded today to Dr Bella Mahajan, Prof & Head, Microbiology, Government Medical College, Jammu and Principal, GMC Kathua, Dr Kuldip Kumar Koul, Prof & Head, Pathology, GMC Jammu, Prof Dr Vijay Khajuria, Department of Pharm-acology, GMC Jammu and Satya Devi, Administrative Officer, GMC Jammu on their retirement in the Committee hall of the Medical College.
Dr Ashutosh Gupta, Officiating Principal, GMC Jammu, all HoDs, faculty members and members of the administration attended the farewell party and wished the retiring doctors a happy and healthy post-retirement life.
Staff and officers of Directorate of Command Area Development (CAD) Jammu accorded warm and affectionate farewell to Anand Kumar Kalia, Subject Matter Specialist (DL), Command Jammu, who retired after rendering 36 years of service to the department. Director, CAD Jammu, Jatinder Singh speaking in the programme wished the retiring officer a very healthy happy and prosperous post retirement life.
Kathua Police today gave warm send off to three retiring police officers namely SI Zaffar Ullah, SI Prithvi Raj and ASI Mohd Yousuf. The function was chaired by Shridhar Patil, SP Kathua. Gourav Mahajan, Deputy SP DAR, Shivender Singh, SDPO Billawar and other senior serving and retired officers were also present on the occasion. Parshotam Kumar Sharma, Head Proof Reader, Ranbir Government Press, Jammu, who retired today after serving 32 years in the department, was give a warm send off by the officers and officials of the department in a simple function organized at Ranbir Press, Jammu. All the officers and his colleagues wished him happy and prosperous post-retirement life.
A warm farewell was accorded to Subhash Chander, Screen Boy in the office of Sheep Husbandry Department, Jammu, who retired today on attaining the age of superannuation. Director, Sheep Husb-andry, Jammu, Dr Sanjeev Kumar, speaking at the farewell function, wished the retiring official a happy and healthy retired life.
A function was organized today by PHE Department Driver Cleaners Union, Jammu to bid adieu to Inderjeet Singh, Chauffer of PHE Department at Direction Office (Jal Bhawan), who retired today from his services. On attaining the age of superannuation HC Ram Dass of SPS PTS Kathua was given a grand and warm send off by the employees of PTS Kathua in a simple function organised today. Officers and other staff of PTS were present on the occasion and wished the retiring officer a happy and prosperous post retirement life.
