Warm send off accorded to retirees

JAMMU, Mar 30: A warm send off was accorded to Prof (Dr) Veer Singh, Associate Professor of Chemistry on his superannuation, by the Principal and teaching fraternity of GGM Science College, Jammu, in a farewell party organized at Conference Hall of the College. Principal of the College, Dr Rajesh Gupta recalled the distinguish services of Prof Veer Singh. Along with teaching fraternity, he wished the retiree a happy and prosperous retired life.
GRP Jammu hosted an impressive farewell function at GRP Lines Jammu to bid adieu to Sub Inspector Darshan Singh and Head Constable Ram Pal, who superannuated from their active services. SSP GRP Jammu, Shailender Singh along with other officers and officials participated in the function. SSP GRP Jammu while acknowledging the contribution of the outgoing officers conveyed his best wishes to the retiring police personnel and prayed for their good health and success post retirement.
Police Technical Training Institute (PTTI) Vijaypur organized an impressive farewell function upon superannuation of Sub Inspector Amolak Singh, on the completion of almost 36 years of services in Jammu and Kashmir Police. Principal PTTI Vijaypur applauded the services rendered by the retiree and termed him as an honest, dedicated and sincere officer. Rakesh Mattoo, Senior Manager at Ellaquai Dehati Bank, Area Office Jammu, was accorded warm send off by his colleagues as he retired today after rendering more than 38 years of service to the institution. Area Manager and other colleagues while recalling their association shared the memories of the valuable relationship with the retiring officer. Chairman of the Bank, Fayaz Ahmad Wani and General Managers wished him sound health and a satisfying retirement life.
A warm farewell was accorded to Sanjay Kumar Sharma, Headmaster at Government Girls Higher Secondary School (Camp), Shastri Nagar (Jammu) on his retirement after attaining the age of superannuation. He rendered 35 years of valuable service to the institution. Principal SK Dhar and other staff members of the School wished the retiree a happy and healthy post retirement life.
Vijay Kumar, Horticulture Technician Grade-I of the office of the Chief Horticulture Office (CHO) Jammu attained superannuation retirement today on 30-3-2024 after rendering 25 year of service in Horticulture Department, district Jammu. He was accorded warm farewell in a simple but impressive function held in the office of the CHO Udheywalla Jammu which was chaired by Director Horticulture Jammu Chaman Lal Sharma who along with Ashwani Kumar (CHO Jammu) wished the superannuated official a healthy, happy and prosperous post retirement life.
Principal and staff of Government Degree College, Paloura (Mishriwala) organized a grand function in the College to bid farewell to Rajesh Sharma (Library Assistant of the College) on his superannuation on 30-03-2024. During her address, Prof (Dr) Ashu Vashisht (Principal, GDC Paloura) wished the retiring official a happy and prosperous post retirement period. Department of Information and Public Relations (DIPR), bid an affectionate farewell to Prem Saini, Field Publicity Assistant of Joint Director Information, Jammu who attained the age of superannuation today. Agriculture Production and Farmers Welfare (AP&FW) Department Jammu bid farewell to Joint Director, SLUB, Mahesh Verma who attained age of superannuation today after dedicated service of over 30 years in the department. The event was held in the Auditorium, Krishi Bhawan, Jammu. Speaking on the occasion, Director Agriculture Jammu Arvinder Singh Reen said that Mahesh Verma has been a source of inspiration for his colleagues and peers.
A warm farewell was accorded to SI Tarsem Lal and SI Rajinder Singh of Traffic Police City Jammu on their retirement. In this connection a farewell party was organized at Traffic Police office here which was attended by senior officers as well as staff of the unit. The exemplary work of the retirees was highlighted during the function and warm wishes were extended to them for their future life.
