Warm send off accorded to retirees

JAMMU, July 31: An impressive farewell function was organized by the Department of Horticulture Jammu to give a warm send off to Vaishno Kant Gupta, Chief Horticulture Officer who attained superannuation today after rendering more than 34 years of service in the Horticulture Department. Director Horticulture Jammu, Chaman Lal Sharma, other officers and staff of Horticulture Department wished the retiring officer a happy, healthy and prosperous post retirement life.
A warm farewell was accorded today to Dr Jamila Mir, State Venerologist Jammu on her superannuation after rendering 27 years of service in the Department of Health. The farewell function organized in the premises of Directorate of Health, was attended by Director Health Services Jammu Dr Rakesh Magotra, Deputy Director Health Services (Dentistry) Dr Sanjay Sharma, CMO Jammu Dr Harbaksh Singh and other officers/officials, who wished the retiring officer a healthy and happy post retirement life.
Darshan Kumar Gupta, Senior Manager, J&K Bank, posted at Shalamar Branch, was given a warm send off by the staff of the Branch as he superannuated today after rendering 37 years of meritorious service in the Bank. Branch Manager as well as other officers and officials of the Bank highlighted the achievements of the retiring officer and wished him good luck for his post retirement life.
Sub Inspector in Traffic Police City Jammu, Ram Paul, who superannuated today after rendering 40 years of unblemished service in J&K Police, was accorded a warm send off by his colleagues. Faisal Qureshi (SSP Traffic City Jammu), Raj Pal Singh, Additional SP Traffic City Jammu, Bikram Kumar, Deputy SP (Now I/C SP) Traffic City South and Farah Nishat (Deputy SP Traffic City North) recalled the services of the retiring officer. Anand Jain, ADGP Jammu Zone, was present during the sendoff ceremony. He wished the retiring officer a healthy and blissful post-retirement life.
Attaining the age of superannuation after serving the Department of Education for 35 long years, Ramesh Kumar Bhat, Headmaster was accorded a warm farewell by the Principal and the staff members of Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS) Camp Bohri in an impressive function today. Principal of the School, Sanjay Kumar Pandit and other colleagues of the retiring officer wished him healthy and prosperous retired life.
Indu Sharma, Headmaster, Government High School, Toph Sherkhanian (Jammu) superannuated today after ending an exemplary service of 34 years. Speaking in the function, Sakshi Kapoor (spokesperson) said that the 34-year-old career of Indu Sharma has been marked with her commitment to educational excellency and her impact on countless students and colleagues. Her leadership and passion will be greatly missed. The staff of the School extended their best wishes to the retiree for her post retirement life.
Ravi Ji Pandita, Office Assistant at Bharat Nagar Branch, was accorded warm send off today on his superannuation at Ellaquai Dehati Bank Area Office Jammu. Chairman, General Managers, Area Manager & other colleagues acknowledged his contributions to the Bank. They wished him sound health and a joyful retirement life.
In an impressive function held at Government Hospital Gandhinagar, Dr Rakesh Verma (Senior Consultant Physician), who superannuated today after rendering meritorious service of 34 years, was accorded a warm send off.
