JAMMU, May 5: Additional District Judge Commercial Court Jammu has issued warrants against Deepak Kanojia, Managing Director of M/s Jayashree Advertising Pvt Ltd of Mumbai for execution of decree passed by the Estate Officer constituted by Airport Authority of India (AAI).
The warrants have been issued in a petition under Order 21 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908 filed by AAI through Advocate Yatin Mahajan seeking execution of decree.
It was prayed before the court by Advocate Yatin Mahajan that respondent may be directed to deposit an amount of Rs 96 lakh against demurrage charges. After hearing counsel for the applicant, the court issued warrants against Managing Director of the company for execution of decree.
