JAMMU, Apr 17: In a meeting here today Democratic Progressive Azad Party (DPAP) leader, Kamalpreet Singh has urged J&K Government led by Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha to ensure proper drinking water supply in Sainik Colony area of Jammu.
Speaking in the meeting Kamalpreet Singh impressed upon the authorities to make street lights in the Colony fully functional to ensure safety of life and property of the people in the Colony during night hours.
The DPAP leader added that there is poor and insufficient water supply in Sainik Colony and 70 per cent of street lights there are non-functional which is a matter of serious concern.
