JAMMU, Aug 12: Due to urgent repair of P/S Tank at Sitlee Filtration Plant, Tawi Filtration Plant and also because of erratic power supply, the water supply to various areas of Jammu city and adjoining will remain effected on August 13, 14.
The would be affected areas include; Roop Nagar, Chinore, Durga Nagar, Muthi Gaon, Roop Nagar Enclave, Dhounthly, Chowgan Slathia, Kucha Nahar Singh, Gali Agnihotri, Tange Wali Gali, Gali Khilonian, Pacci Daki, Jain Bazar, Kali Jani, Fatu Chowgan, parts of Julaka Mohalla, Ustad Mohalla, Naraina Mohalla, Rehari, Kachi Chowni, Karan Nagar, Amphalla, Exchange Road, Dogra Hall, New Plot, Sarwal, several Parts of Bakshi Nagar, Patoli, Vikas Nagar, Indira Vihar, Janipur, Lakad Mandi, parts of Ploura, Dok Paloura, adjoining parts of Roop Nagar, EWS Colony, Migrant Camps etc.
The Executive Engineer, PHE City Division, Number I, Jammu, has appealed the people to judiciously use the drinking water.
