JAMMU, Oct 27: The water supply to many Jammu localities will remain suspended on Thursday due to damage caused to rising main from Sitlee near Nagrota Bypass.
A PHE spokesman said that due to damage caused to rising main 500 mm dia from Sitlee to Manda, the water supply to the areas including Panjtirthi, Pacci Dakki, Dounthly, Chowgan Salathia, Rehari, Sarwal, Pacca Talab, New Plot, Subash Nagar, etc. being fed from Manda water station will remain affected on October 28, 2021. The public has been advised to make judicious use of water, he added.
