Wavering stand

Sir,
It is  not astonishing at all to have newer and novel stand on issues concerning Kashmir from octogenarian Farooq Abdullah whose family has been ruling this state for three generations.  Why does he choose for such utterances  occasions which slightly promise of some improvement in the situation in the valley is well understood.
Having been a Union Minister in Congress led UPA government and currently an MP from Srinagar is supposed to honour and respect the supremacy of the Parliament and honour its policies, resolutions, resolves and decisions. How come he has afforded to go against the 1994 resolution of the Parliament whereby the whole state of Jammu and Kashmir has been claimed to be an integral part of India and asked Pakistan to vacate its occupation of the other part known as PoK.
He says that India deceived us.His  “Us”  is not clear as this “Us ” does not include Jammu, Ladakh  and other parts of the state. If lavish  economic progress, developmental funds, building of a net work of infrastructure for economic development coupled with unlimited religious and political freedom means  deceiving us , then God save this country from  prejudiced politicians.
His wavering stand is taken seriously by no one.
Yours etc….
Satyarth
