Wazir Lane Committee delegation meets Chairman PCB

JAMMU, Jan 1: A delegation of Youth Mohalla Welfare Committee , Wazir Lane Talab Tillo led by its chairman, D D Sharma called on chairman Pollution Control Board (PCB)and demanded shifting of the wine factory from the area as it is creating problems to the residents of the area.
The delegation said that it was a long pending demand of the people of the area and was taken up number of times but nothing has been done in this regard till date. The Committee has also launched a signature campaign in the area and handed over these signatures to Chairman demanding immediate shifting of the factory. The chairman assured action in the matter.
The other members of the delegation included Lalitender Sharma, vice chairman of the Committee its president, Jatinder Khajuria, advisor, Vinod Wazir, general secretary, Girish Badyal, Media advisor, Vikas Khajuria etc.
