JAMMU, Nov 21: A free medical check-up camp organised by We Care Welfare Society (WCWS) was held here today.
WCWS, since its inception from 2019, is organising medical camps for Eye, General Health, Heart, Cancer, Ortho, Children & General Health Check- up on regular basis for the benefit of downtrodden and under privileged BPL people, especially in the rural areas.
Dr. Arvind Sharma, a senior Physician from famous MEDANTA Hospital, Gurugram, along with his team of Para- medical staff, examined patients of general health related problems with much commitment and dedication.
Dr. Radika Uppal, MD (Pediatrics), Dr B N (Pediatrics Cardiology) & Dr. Sonam Chalotra, MD (Pediatrics), examined children with great patience and much affection.
Dr. Sham Jurangal, senior Ortho Surgeon of Swami Vivekanand Charitable Hospital, Ambphalla , Jammu examined patients of bones, joints and pain related problems with great care and with human touch. Free medicines were provided to all patients. 200+, patients were examined during the camp.
Prof M Sadiq Nargal, Chairman, WCWS, thanked entire team of V P School Director, Principal, teachers and helping staff for assisting in this medical camp.
He also expressed his gratitude to Medanta Hospital, Gurugram and Swami Vivekanand Charitable Hospital, Ambphalla, Jammu for providing Specialized Doctors, paramedical staff and testing facilities for this camp.
WCWS is thankful to Sudanshu Sharma, DGM (Marketing) and Sandeep Singh Jamwal, Asstt Mkt. Mngr. for co -ordinating and organising services.
