NEW DELHI : We are thinking of setting up impartial & independent panel of agri experts and farmer unions to resolve impasse on farm laws said SC.
We acknowledge right of farmers to protest but it has to be non-violent, says SC.
Purpose of staging protest can be achieved if farmers and govt hold talks and we wish to facilitate that, says SC.
We will not decide validity of laws today, the only thing we will decide is issue of protest and right to move freely said SC. (agencies)
