JAMMU, May 23: Gangyal police today recovered weapons of offences on the disclosure of two notorious criminals, who were arrested last week.
Two notorious criminals identified as Vikramjeet Singh alias (Vicky) and Paramjeet Singh alias Murga, both residents of Shiv Nagar (Sehora).
Sunny Charak was wanted under FIR no 37/2015 u/s 307/341/323/147 RPC while Amrik Singh was wanted under in case FIR No 63/2015 u/s 376 RPC.
During their sustained interrogation, both the criminals broke silence and on their disclosure weapons of offence used in the commission of crimes were recovered today by Gangyal police. The weapons recovered included one country made desi katta along with three catridges and one sharp edged weapon (Toka).
The recovery was made by a team of police station Gangyal headed by SHO Inspector Ajay Jamwal under the supervision of SDPO South, Sachin Gupta and SSP Jammu, Uttam Chand.
