West Pak refugees finally get freedom from slavery: Labba Ram

SAMBA, Nov 3: West Pakistani Refugee president Labba Ram Gandhi today said that for last 72 years they were living like slaves but the steps taken by Union Home Minister Amit Shah and PM Narendra Modi gave them freedom from this slavery.
Hailing the decision of the Central Government to abrogate Article 370 and 35A, and reorganization of J&K state into two union territories of J&K and Ladakh, Labba Ram Gandhi said that for the past several decades, people used to call them as Pakistanis and their children could not apply for Government jobs in J&K state due to lack of PRC but today by the steps taken by the BJP Government at the Center, they are feeling proud of being a strict Indian and now their children will be able to apply for Government jobs in J&K.
He was addressing a monthly meeting of West Pakistan Refugees at Swankha Morh in Vijaypur area of Samba district. The Refugee leader said that they have now got equal status like others citizens as Jammu and Kashmir is now centrally administered.
