Wheat edges up on scattered demand

NEW DELHI, Sept 2:  Wheat prices inched up by Rs 5 per quintal at the wholesale grains market today on mild demand.
However, other grains moved in a narrow range in scattered deals and pegged at last levels.
Traders said attributed the rise in wheat prices to mild demand from flour mills.
In the national capital, wheat dara (for mills)edged up by Rs 5 to Rs 1,760-1,765 per quintal. Atta chakki delivery traded higher by a similar margin to Rs 1,765-1,770 per 90 kg.
