Wheat remains up on flour mills demand

NEW DELHI, Nov 10: Wheat remained higher and prices rose by Rs 10 per quintal on the wholesale grains market today on increased demand from flour mills for the festive season.
Traders said increased demand from flour mills due to festive season mainly kept wheat remain higher.
In the national capital, wheat dara (for mills) added Rs 10 to Rs 1,630-1,635 per quintal, while atta chakki delivery followed suit and traded higher by Rs 15 to Rs 1,640-1,645 per 90 kg. Maida also moved up by Rs 20 to Rs 920-940 per 50 kg.

Wheat MP (deshi) 2,025-2,225, Wheat dara (for mills) 1,630-1,635, Chakki atta (delivery) 1,640-1,645, Atta Rajdhani (10 kg) 210, Shakti bhog (10 kg) 210, Roller flour mill 860-880 (50 kg), Maida 920-940 (50 kg) and Sooji 1030-1,060 (50kg).
