JAMMU, Apr 16: Ekam Sanatan Bharat Dal (ESBD) National President and Jammu Parliamentary Constituency candidate Ankur Sharma today vowed to shift the power centre to Jammu if he is voted to power.
Sharma conducted a series of public meetings with his team members at Gho Manhasan (Marh), Balore Market (Samba), Janda, Mohangarh, Chilla Danga, Shah-Balore (Nud Block in Samba District) where he appealed the voters to vote in his favour.
Sharma vowed to challenge the policies which, according to him, have made Jammu lesser relevant in the developmental landscape. He promised that in case he is voted to power, he will shift the centre of power to Jammu region.
Speaking on the occasion, he discussed the ways in which the ownership rights of the Custodian, Waqf lands can be given to the people who have been occupying them for long.
Sharma also spoke about the regularisation of daily wagers, grant of 25 lakh as settlement amount in favour of PoK refugees, and creation of Jammu as a separate State by dividing Kashmir into two UTs.
Ankur Sharma is contesting the Lok Sabha elections from Jammu Lok Sabha Constituency on Ekam Sanatan Bharat Dal’s mandate with Bansuri (flute) as symbol.
