SRINAGAR, Nov 27: The schools in Kashmir valley will close for winter vacations from December 2 and December 16 and will re-open on March 1 next year.
The Director School Education, Tariq Ali Mir, told Excelsior that schools upto 8th standard will close for winter vacations from December 2 while those from 9th to 12th standard will close on December 16 and will re-open on March 1 next year. “These includes the private run schools of the Kashmir valley”, he added.
