Wisdom vs. Power

Suruchi Wadhera
A powerful person always has the misconception to underestimate everybody else. He hardly leaves any choice for anybody to overtake him. He enjoys his life fully under the canopy of many misconceptions .Values, ethics, traditions are mere words for him which are to be spoken only. According to him such words are just ornamental .He has all the Majesty, Valour i.e.,” a fearless symmetry” .No doubt, he hardly speaks of  wisdom. A mighty person is liable to hinder the ways of good people. On the contrary, wisdom has all the power within itself.
….. Once King Akbar was in a problem and he was unable to find the solution as how to get out of the problem. Although he was the mightiest yet he surrendered. Birbal   being the wisest, asked about the matter. Akbar told that the nearby kingdom had challenged them to have a fight or send them wisdom.  It was quite difficult for the king as he had all the powers but he failed to solve it. Then Birbal asked the king to have patience and write In return that they would send them wisdom. Akbar was awestruck that how Birbal would manage such a big deal. But it was nothing for Birbal. He was a man of high thinking and great wisdom. He thought of a plan but he kept it as a top secret. He asked his potters to make one hundred  earthen pots .Later he called all the farmers and asked them to grow water melons .The work was given and nobody knew anything what actually he was going to do .
All were set to work without knowing anything . After few days Birbal asked about the progress of the plants and when he came to know that the plants were flowery, he called all the potters with their pots in  the field .Later, he asked the farmers to put the opening of the flowery buds into the pots and let the watermelons grow inside the pots . Birbal was so thoughtful that he told the king to send a message to the neighboring kingdom that they would be sending some wisdom  to them and they were to take the wisdom and had to return the rest of it intact. That is, they had to take out all the watermelons from the earthen pots and later pots to be returned intact. On seeing one hundred earthen pots with watermelons inside ,the neighboring king was in a fix and got frozen to see the wisdom and power both altogether  .Then there was letter ,and when that king opened it  was written ” wisdom is always mightier than Power. ”
It has been rightly said that  knowledge speaks But wisdom listens. A wise person never gives any quick decision. He will always wait for the right time to come. Sometimes we take and give quick decisions without thinking and later we repent, and we cry over spilt milk. Had we taken a thoughtful decision it would have been proved worthy.
God has all the things in his hands and he has set the right time for each and everybody. He is almighty— The supreme power. He knows his children the best.
Each and everyone has something or the other in HIS computer that hardly gets any “virus” It is only a matter of  “wait ”  ‘n’ watch”.
