This has reference to the article ‘SRO 202 violates new Minimum Wage Rules’. The article has highlighted various problems faced by the newly appointed employees. As a result of this SRO, we’re treated like untouchables in our office. We are being laughed at. It’s really depressing. First time in history it happened that two people who sat in the same examination hall, took same exam, faced the same interview panel are being paid salaries that are poles apart, just because they applied before and after the inhuman and Draconian SRO was issued. Hope, the Government withdraws this SRO and bring parity in pay scales.
