Withdrawal of AFSPA

Sir,
It will not be in the interest of the nation to repeat AFSPA at this time when situation in Kashmir has worsen terribly due to mayhem created by militants in the Valley.
Premature withdrawal of AFSPA may demoralise Army personnel fighting a Pak sponsored proxy war for last 30 years. Once situation normalises in Kashmir, and citizen feel safe to carry out their day to day task, there should be then no hesitation for lifting this Act. Like civilians. Army personnel too yearn for peace, and would love to like a peaceful life during their service period.
Right now the Act is a compulsion, and political party should use it for petty politics. Rather it would be suggested that the political parties should discuss it threadbare with Army, and only then reach a consensus, whether the Act is to lifted or not will be decided accordingly.
