JAMMU, May 6: Bishnah police arrested a woman along with illicit liquor.
As per police sources, on specific information a team from Bishnah police station conducted raid in Rehal Damalian village.
During raid, police seized 5 litres of illicit liquor and arrested a lady, who has been identified as Kamalo Devi, wife of Des Raj, a resident of Rehal Damalian village.
A case under FIR Number 48/16 under Section 48-A Excise Act has been registered at Bishnah police station and investigation started.
Police team led by SHO Bishnah Inspector Paramjit Singh made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Harjeet Singh and SP Headquarters Jammu RC Kotwal.
