Srinagar, Mar 19: A woman attempted suicide at her residence of Mahrajpora, Sopore, by sprinkling kerosene oil upon her body to set her ablaze.
A police spokesman said she was shifted to SMHS Hospital, Srinagar with burn injuries. He said police has registered a case in this regard.
