UDHAMPUR, Nov 10: A 54-year-old woman made an abortive attempt on her life by consuming some poisonous substance at village Childi, Tehsil Chenani.
As per reports, 54-year-old Savitre Devi, wife of Prithvi Nath of village Childi, tehsil Chenani, allegedly consumed some poisonous substance at her home.
Noticing her unconscious, family members shifted her to nearby hospital, later shifted to District Hospital, where her condition was stated to be out of danger, when last reports came in.
The reason behind such extreme step could not be ascertained, while, police has registered a case and investigation started.
